I’m Chevone, co-owner of Pearl & Root in Medford, Oregon. With a background in marketing and a lifelong love for beauty and wellness, I wanted to create a space that goes beyond surface-level self-care. Pearl & Root was built with intention to be a place where you can slow down, restore balance, and leave feeling truly radiant. Our specialty is Japanese-inspired head spa treatments that combine scalp therapy with deep relaxation. These services support healthy hair growth, ease tension, and help melt away stress, leaving you refreshed and renewed. Alongside scalp care, we also offer professional teeth whitening and wellness services so you can feel confident in your glow. For me, Pearl & Root is more than a spa, it’s an experience. Crystal Dobson
I grew up in sunny San Diego, where my love for wellness and entrepreneurship first began. In 2019, I was honored to be named Business Owner of the Year, a recognition that affirmed my passion for creating meaningful client experiences. After relocating to Southern Oregon, I embraced family life and, during late-night feedings with my son, I discovered the incredible world of head spa services popular in Asia. I knew immediately this was something our community needed, and that vision became Pearl & Root—a luxury spa dedicated to balance, beauty, and restoration. I’m also a proud mom of two and deeply devoted to my role as a mother. Alongside my spa, I run a nonprofit supporting birth work, with a special focus on helping families through postpartum transitions. My work at Pearl & Root centers on women’s wellness, with a particular passion for supporting those experiencing postpartum and menopausal hair loss.
Siobhan Hammon
Siobhan is a proud Southern Oregon local with a big love for family, community, and helping others feel their absolute best. As the owner of Gold Dust Esthetics, she’s built a space where self-care feels luxurious, comfortable, and completely personalized. Whether you’re coming in for flawless lashes, perfectly shaped brows, glowing skin, or a little pampering “me time,” Siobhan’s gentle touch and attention to detail will leave you feeling refreshed and confident. She specializes in lashes, brows, facials, waxing, and dermaplaning, using only Savor Beauty products to give your skin a clean, radiant glow. Marsha McFall
Born and raised right here in Southern Oregon, Marsha recently returned home after five years in Austin, Texas, where she earned her esthetics license, became certified in laser hair removal, and received advanced certification in dermaplaning. She now holds dual esthetic licenses in both Texas and Oregon and brings her expertise and passion for skin health and wellness to the Pearl & Root team. Marsha believes that healthy skin starts at the scalp and she's dedicated to creating relaxing, rejuvenating head spa experiences that restore balance, relieve tension, and promote overall skin and scalp wellness. Her approach combines advanced techniques with a nurturing touch, ensuring every guest leaves feeling renewed and restored.
Jessica Armstrong
I’m Jess, a licensed hairdresser and head spa specialist, proud mama, and hardworking woman with a big heart. A little bit city and a little bit country, I’m fueled by music, family, and meaningful connection. I’ve always believed that the time you spend in the chair should feel like more than just another appointment. It should feel like a reset. My passion is creating a space where you can slow down, exhale, and feel genuinely cared for. I specialize in relaxing head spa treatments that support scalp health and overall well being, along with beautiful blowouts and styling that leave you feeling confident and refreshed. Every service is designed with intention, blending results driven care with deep relaxation. For me, this work is personal. I care deeply about the people who sit in my chair and the stories they carry.
